I'm curious as well. Why don't you send an email through contact us or send an email to the moderator. From time to time I send an email to moderator regarding posters who are doing nothinmg except advertise

I think it has to do with teaching the latest instruction based on what the current science tells us:

No heavy hit.
You don't come from that far inside.
You don't purely swing or hit.
D-plane.
Etc.
