What to make of Josh Broadaway?

I'm kind of new here, so if this has been covered my apologies (I searched and couldn't find anything).

What should we make of Josh Broadaway's swing? Obviously you wouldn't change a thing with his grip (the way he hits it, why?), but how does TGM address a swing like his? Is a lead-hand-low grip advisable for anyone, in any situation?

I'm not thinking of changing to his style of gripping the club or anything, I'm just curious to see what everyone thinks.

Cross handed

I have known a few excellent cross handed players. They have all compressed the hell out of the ball. Some kids pick up the club this way and want to move the ball in this manner.

Might be a good way to learn for most adults before they go right hand low? Pretty tough to flip it.

Interesting that a highly regarded teaching pro (Carl Welty) encouraged his son, a fine player, to continue his cross handed play.

We have a cross hander at our club off 5 hcp, his last 3 scores were 67, 69, 67 another cross hander i know is an assistant pro and plays off 1. Theres a cross handed 3 year old in scotland who is already breaking some of the records tiger woods set at that age

I know a crosshanded player who shoots in the seventies, probably close to 60 years old. This guy can flat rip the ball, and he's not a very big guy, either. I think that a crosshanded grip makes it easier to maintain the proper impact alignments.
