Seems to me he swings out-in[:0]

He's "in-to-out". But if you're talking about his hand position on the downswing...
a lot of Tour players today are "out" with their hands in the early part of the downswing.

It seems almost sacriligious to focus on Tiger's swing faults. It seems whenever he makes a bad swing, the next shot is miraculous. He always seems up to the challenge.
