Standard shoulder turn, hip turn.
When I use the left arm "frisbee" throw (Manzella) the motion is forward and left. No problem on chips and pitches but when I go full speed - Where is the down and the right arm?
Thanks

The Down:

The Down can come from many places, but here are the main ones:

The Wrist UN-COCKing

The Right Arm STRAIGHTening

DROPing, PULLing, PUSHing (or 'SHAKE-ing the SUGAR") of the LEFT ARM from the LEFT SHOULDER SOCKET or the CLUB from the LEFT WRIST.

:)

Would you call that...in a nutshell?

Ahhh, "shaking the sugar"! That one thought worked for me for quite a while. I am not on to drop, pivot, BOOM! Thanks Brian!
