Which is the best angle to view the swing ?

Which viewing angle gives the most benefit to the viewer providing him with the best mental picture of the golfswing ? I know from my own experiences watching golf on TV or video that I get a better feel for the swing viewing the swing from front on (ball coming towards you) and side on and find the normally used down the line view of less benefit than the other two.

I would think down the line from the back, and also face on as each would show different things in the set up and swing. Maybe to someone like Brady or Brian, they could see everything that is going on from on angle, but to me, I need to see from the two I mentioned.

I feel like down the line is best for the geometry of the swing and face on is best to see the physics.

Depends what you are looking for. Down the line for swing plane. If you are looking at the hands, the lag, face on is best. I like from above myself sometimes to see the shape of the swing. The biggest problem is in the editing of the frames, what they leave out is sometimes what I need to see.
