I am trying to assemble a consistent draw swing for my irons (and basically everything off the ground). Question is, what should my alighnment be (feet and shoulders), parallel left of the target, at the target or right of the target??

Thanks.

You can hit a draw with any alignment. Just make sure you are setup so that with YOUR SWING the club face is pointing to the right of your target at impant and the path your club head takes is further right than that.

You need to align where you need to align to produce the proper d-plane combination, that's about it. Error towards parallel or slightly closed to make it easier.
