golf swing & frisbee throw

Hi - as baited in a separate thread here's some footage of my golf swing. I'm working really hard on a steeper backswing, and not lifting my spine at the top of it, but nothing I try seems to work very well. Any advice appreciated.

I'm going to post a lefty frisbee throw when I get a chance, for an interesting comparison.

gavigan,

The first thing I would do is make your stance about two inches narrower and then stand about an inch or so closer to the ball at address. Maybe even two inches closer to the ball, but start one inch closer first.

Then let your hands work in slightly going back and have your left shoulder go down slightly as your hands go in.

Exactly. Also get the left hand more in the fingers with a much "shorter' thumb. Practice taking divots way up in your stance while your head stays back a touch.
