Hit the Box

When I was hitting flip hooks I went to Twist Away and immediately stopped flipping. However I still hit hooks until I "Hit the Box" with the entire club. This feels as though I am using a no-roll technique. Can you use any hinge action or is Angled Hinging perferred?

Ya a full roll with Twistaway is gonna be pretty much The Full Monty for ppl who really need it. You are not opening it very much going back and with the full roll you are not moving TOWARDS a bent left wrist which is a throwaway and chicken wing inhibitor. (but you are also closing it MORE and faster)

If you are hooking it you may be ready for some NHA. (which I think will most likely have you opening it more and then angled hinging)

Or maybe even ditching either the twistaway OR the full roll.
