Don't want to break any rules here so please pull this down if I've done so.
I picked this training aid up about a year ago and it was collecting dust until tonight when a light went off in my head. I went and got it and tried making some swings with it and you can only really get it to crack with serious coupling point rotation. Tug kills any type of snap. I could really feel my right wrist firing and my left wrist bending back through "contact" on the swings where I achieved a good snap.
