Looking for a Video Brian Posted

Brian posted a video awhile back, and I'd appreciate if someone could give me the link. It is the video where he gives the drill where he throws a golf ball, showing the kinetic chain. The drill where he threw the golf ball sidearmed really helped me fire everything through, and I'd like to watch it again.

Any help would be appreciated.
