Mid Iron to Wedge Accuracy

Looking for several key points to increase accuracy and consistency specifically in the "scoring irons"---putting too much pressure on putter and chipping trying to get up and down

Trying to focus on 75% of swing, and more compact swing

but want to incorporate specific swing moves/points that I can work and focus on for improvement

The better your tempo, the easier distance control is. Feel the turn of the torso controling the speed/tempo. Smooooooooth - like tossing a ball underhanded - no 'hit'
