Scuffing the tops of my Driver and three wood and ball marks on the top two lines of face tape when swinging right. What is the solution? tee lower?

Could be either or both, depending on how high you currently tee the thing up and how far back you are playing it.

Try teeing it lower for starters and see how you go from there.

Too steep on the way down.. OTT for sure.

Likely trying to fix an open face with path.

Rx: Find a slope where you can hit a bunch of shots with the ball above your feet to feel a flatter, more shallow swing.

Like others have said, check your ball position. But, also, be sure you are not sliding your upper body laterally before impact. That combo should shallow you out.
