Posture sets up "Lean"

In my first lesson with Brian, he attempted to change my posture so that I would have more waist bend and less knee flex. I dismissed his efforts. Since then, it was never brought up again.

When I went to Orlando and after viewing the MP-4 lesson, I was very frustrated at having an upper body reverse pivot since I had consciously tried so hard over the last year to not let my spine reverse back to the target at the top.

So like Homer suggests, "Look, look, look." I finally figured out that my spine was to upright for my body to turn around my spine and have anything that is conventionally referred to as a golf swing. But when I stood less erect whilst maintaining my same knee flex my swing felt too flat. But finally, I remembered my first lesson with Brian and changed my posture. That set up the ability to achieve that backswing "lean" Brian loves to demonstrate. I will post a before and after pick soon. But it was a great epiphany for me.
