Putting aids

During our time in Louisville, Brian reccomended a couple training aids that would help my putting stroke. He suggested I get a training aid called the Plip, a putting track with adjustable rails and the puttband. I have not had success finding the Plip or the puttband and I've looked everywhere. I was wondering if you guys thought that either of these is an acceptable substitution for the plip.

Here's the putting track I am going to get:

A putting track can probably work but I feel that it puts too much attention in the clubhead/face rather than the hands. If the hands go through an education process (know what they are doing) then I think the track devise can be used as a testing ground along with video.
