HI Brian and staff!

Brian did a Manzella short on Max trigger delay. In the video, Brian mentions a "second" sit down position. What is this?

But, if you look at really good player swing sequences, there is a re-centering move: SIT DOWN, then a second spot from which the release is triggered.
