With the Shoulder Turn Takeaway how much should the player turn before the right foot pushes off the ground to start the Gear Train moving from the ground up? Should the player turn maximally for full shots or just until the hands reach the desired Top of the swing position?

I assume there are at the finishing of the last transmission between up and down. Sorry, I'm not familiar with TGM please advise what is the "train..." movement?
