"Staying Connected"---

Looking for previous threads, and or references to staying connected with the left arm/pectoral

I see a connection to the frisbee drill and lag instructional segment
that i need tied together vrs just putting a headcover under my armpit

Not catching a direct reference in my new obtained TGM book...any help...

Read accummulator #4 and Pressure Point #4.
The left arm on the chest does NOT mean you apply a tight pressure onto it. It is just the angle that is formed. The pivot and the chest releases the arm after impact. The chest explodes the arm off.

To bomb a frisbee all the way to the otherside of the "quad", you would really wind up and throw your chest into it by turning toward your friend as the arm slings. The chest would push the arm off itself.
Lower the plane and you have a golf swing.

Swing the arm INTO the chest on the backstroke.

Throw the arm off of the chest, not by using the arm but by rotating the chest.
