What is the best way to control the swing sequence, especially for someone that has a tendency to be very quick in the transition? What are some drills or swing thoughts?

What is the best way to control the swing sequence, especially for someone that has a tendency to be very quick in the transition? What are some drills or swing thoughts?

A fair amount of time has been devoted the transition and start down move in the Soft Draw video.

swing a rope, a drill that "The Hat" loves. It teaches you a good transition as you can't throw your hands from the top as the rope will never swing. It teaches you to start the downswing with your pivot and drag the hands and club through.
