Video from today's practice

Of note..........I have started, when the turf is good, to snap a chalk line on the ground to super-impose the target line. You can see it. A realization today was that, when the camera is positioned on the impact plane, looking parallel to the target line, the chalk/target line on the ground appears in-line with a line drawn on the video to represent the impact plane. Pretty cool geometry, I thought. This was a pure #6 iron. Zeroed out all the way, path and face. Center impact. 176 yard carry. You can clearly see the clubhead swing from slightly out-to-in of the line on the screen, which represents a "sqaure" plane/0* Swing Direction. That's the look you need when hitting down to zero out the path.

Kevin,
When you say "a little holding on" you mean in the sense of not swing all out or not trying to hit the crap out of it? Or holding on to the face?
