Not so sure about Stan Utley, but since this is the Brian Manzella forum, you may want to learn about Brian's short game matrix. I have watched him demonstrate his short game options and it is impressive. What is best is with a little practice, any one can learn the shots. Not overly technical or requiring unnatural moves.

I have Utley's books and both have some stuff that is good for me. I was a sad victim of Pelz poisoning years ago and Utley's more natural short game and putting ideas have helped purge the last bit of Pelz-flu out of me.
While I am not endorsing Utley for everyone, I think both books offer some ideas that are interesting.
