Or even a 1 footer. 5 three putts yesterday. My short putting has just been terrible this year. Most misses are a push to the right; an occasional pull left. It's making the game a lot less fun. Any advice?

Thanks.

Quick band aid fix for ya!!!

Find a straight 2 footer and aim straight at the hole.

For 4 putts try to push the putt 1 inch right, 2 inches right, 3 inches right, 4 inches right

Reverse this for pulling the putt left as above. Always aim face straight and keep stance square as if you were trying to make the putt.

See which way is easier to DELIBERATELY miss whilst aiming straight

You should be able to miss either side just as easily in a neutral stroke.

After each set of pulls hit 4 putts straight at the hole and try to hole them at 4 different speeds.

After each set of pushes hit 4 putts straight at the hole and try to hole them at 4 different speeds.

Do this until you get to 64 putts. It does not matter how many you hole, just make sure you get closer to missing where you want to as time goes on.

This will reset your own 2 foot stroke without changing mechanics, I think of it as resetting your own internal compass. (Although I would seek a putting lesson to see if it is aim/path/read/rhythm that is causing your problems)

If you do all this for 21 days straight you will be putting like a legend from short range.

If you call me at 502.417.4653, I'll help you out, otherwise, I'd be giving too much away from an upcoming Putting Video.

I can not wait for Brian's putting video...he has not disappointed yet. I believe his video along with The Sheriff will be phenomenal! It can't get here soon enough for me.
