I have hit 3,000+ balls over the last two months with this video in mind:

listen to th 18 -35 second interval, freezing the frame at the 31 second mark.
I think this elbow action helped me get that max trigger delay 'look' but I am really struggling with hard push hooks, as I have a really strong left hand grip and my left wrist bends. I can hit a hight straight push if I add a bunch of axis tilt, but the pattern is just unacceptable.
Is this a unique Hogan move that fits with his pattern or is it recommended procedure in general?
