You add (and or KEEP) the flex in your right knee because you are subconsciously trying to flatten your hip turn to flatten your VERY STEEP shoulder turn.

Wow, I've never heard that before. My normal feedback from lessons is that I have early extension.
I can never get rid of the early extension. This might solve my problem.

Sorry on a blackberry typing. Meant to say every teacher tells me I early extend.
Hips more toward the ball on the down swing. I always work on keeping them back.
