Is it okay for your weight to go past the inside of your left weight during a proper weight shift forward? Or should the weight primarily stay on the inner half of your left foot?
Probably should move to the outer left foot. (to me not doing that is slightly strange) Slightly closer to the heel but there's no real rule on this in particuar.
Me too. I have a massive left hip pop towards the target on the downswing which is the contributing factor to the weight on the outside of the left foot.
Last few days I have been trying to get my weight shifted forward but not allowing my left hip to pass my left foot. My finishes now are more around and balanced.
