Any comments on how he comes through impact?
 
Tres Faldoesque. Is this a case of angle hinging caught on video?

I think that would explain why it looks like he puts so much muscular effort into his swing. It seems like he wouldn't be able to make it through a tournament in Florida in the middle of summer.
 
I don't see Faldo at all. Trevino, maybe. No wonder this dude gets his name up some leaderboards.

It was a joke - I didn't mean that I could see a Faldo in his swing, pretty much the opposite. Tommy Gainey can play and I admire that, but I have some serious concerns for his back in the long term. Didn't Lee Trevino have some back problems?
 
It ain't pretty, but I've played with Tommy 25 or more times in competition and I've never, ever, seen him mis-hit a shot. He used to have issues with distance control, but he hits it really, really high and really, really straight.

But mostly, he's fearless.
