gripping the club all the way to the end? or leave a little butt sticking out?

The age old test is to grip it so that if you cock your wrist, the butt of the club is even with the heel of your hand.
You do not want the pinky finger of your upper hand trying to wrap around bigger flare at the end of the grip.

each grip has an "end cap" that isn't part of the actual grip since it sits above the hole in the shaft, that should be "showing" and not part of your actual grip. Just my preference.

what is the proper way to grip the club?

Im from the basebal crowd, ten finger grip and grip it at the nub of the bat, yeah it transferred over to golf, tried to not grip it at the nub, didnt like it and lost too much distance, besides I gotta keep what little distance I have now.

your swing looks like a 340 guy.

i'm gonna be scared when you hit it right.

looks can be deceiving, I have a habit of dragging the handle through impact which kills the distance and sometimes causes the hook, 40yds left ouch. I've been trying to freewheel it with high tees, like 3 inches high, they are called texas tees, nice. Its getting a little better but that handle dragging creeps in.
