Has anybody experience stopping the swing on the way down?

I don't know what causes it, but recently it happened to me 3 times.

Not sure what causes it, i felt uncomfortable at the top and on the way down i stop.

Both my shoulders are double-jointed and sometimes the left one slips into the other joint, if it's not too late I will stop on the way down.

i don't think tiger's reputation for his ability to pull out at the last minute has ever been in question. it was pretty clear he was going to stick that one in the dirt so best just back off and try again
