Spin axis?

Just a quick question for all trackman/flightscope owners and users out there. Is the spin axis created by the difference between the club face direction and the club path direction. Example.. Face 2 open / path 0. Should this created a spin axis of 2degree to the right for a right handed golfer. This is assuming a center hit. And how much would you need to hit off center towards the heel to create 11 degrees of tilt to the right with the above example?

Thanks

You need to use the 3D face direction, so dynamic loft (3d face direction) plays a roll in the spin axis tilt.

Off center is much harder to say as it involves the MOI of the head.

But 2 degrees open and 0 degree path is a 2 dimensional concept, no?

It was either massively off centre or a misread to create 11* spin axis with face-path differential of 2*. My money is on the latter.

I've seen those numbers on severe heel. My experience has been that the heel seems to right spin higher than the toe left spins. Probably just an observation but my experience anyway
