In the soft draw video brian mentions aim 1 yard right of the target with your feet. Do you also align the clubface to the right of the target or is the clubface aligned with the target?

I have been using a lagging club head take away since I bought the SD video. I have not employed it on pitch shots till today on the practice green. Does anybody else use the LCT on shots around the green? Brian and others, do you recommend using that technique on pitch shots?

After whatching my swing on video, i've noticed that my lower body is way to fast. Sometimes my back heel is way off of the ground before impact. Any tips or suggestions on getting my lower body to slow down? Thanks
