How would you fix a golfer that lays it off too much at the start of the downswing? I'm laying it off A LOT and get flat flat flat coming down into the ball. I hope I explain this good enough but it seems like my hands just drop and stay behind me for too long.

Have some new irons coming in the mail. The guy said I needed them 2 degrees flatter. Based on MY understanding of lie angles and what my misses are I didn't feel confident with this but he said he was. SO......let's pretend that he is correct. What problems would arise with my old irons?

How do you want your left leg at impact? Straight? Bent? Is that what a "firm left side" is? A straight leg? Took some video and my left leg is bent at impact and even after right up until my finish. Thanks PS If bent is bad, what problems could arise from it? thx again

So who has changed their chipping technique? Should this "new stuff" change chipping as well? I can't see myself getting away from the shaft leaning forward, FLAT left wrist, hands leading the head, shaft up the left arm, hitting down for chipping,etc. Am i foolish?
