When I was away for the PGA National Stroke Play event in South Florida, the Steelers did what they do best and took care of the pretenders and proceeded to complete the formality of getting to yet another Super Bowl. I thought it was rather kind to take the second half off so CBS wouldnt lose ratings.

Can't believe GB is favored by 2.5 points. Rodgers is good but you can't be one dimensional against the Steelers D. Steelers coaching staff>Packers coaching staff.

I'll say that while my bears played an AWFUL game, the defense have made Rodgers look "Human" for 10 out of 12 quarters we played him.

As much as i don't want to see them win, i say they win.

I would argue there is no "2nd half Bears Rodgers"... there is however a second half Mike McCarthy. The Bears have a terrific Defense, which was part of that showing, but moreso than that, McCarthy's play calling changed and it unfortunately was not a one time thing. These two teams left are both exceptional teams on both sides of the ball. I would argue that with Starks running the ball the Packers have a better offense than they did in 96/97. The Steelers are a very strong team all around... i just hope it doesn't come down to situational coaching being the determining factor, b/c my Packers will lose. All of our losses this season have been McCarthy making poor in game decisions.

I think the most fun of this whole thing is how each of these defenses deals with the other side of the ball. Lebow is awesome as is Capers... lots of interesting back stories too with both coaching for the other team at different points in their career and w/ big Mike M. being a native iron city brew drinker.

Yeah Ok. I just hope you don't agree with Patriot Pom Pom wavers Dennis and Callahan. Those frauds were
saying if Brady had the weapons the Steelers had Brady would be unstoppable. If Brady was playing in front of the
Steeler O-line he would be a freakin vegetable now. What a joke those guys are. WEEI is just full of Patriot homers and as a Red Sox/Celtics/Steelers fan its tough to listen to. It was great to see the Jets just frustrate the heck out them.

I was glad to see Brady exposed again. He has been terrible in the playoffs since they won the AFCCG in 07. He has arguably the best O line in football. Highly underrated Wr's in Welker and Branch and the future best TE tandom in Gronk and Hernandez. Bellicheat can turn $hit into shinola at RB better than any coach in history. Had Brady played behind the Steelers or Colts O line he would be in a wheelchair.
