Am I in the right place ?

OK , I threw out my GD'S & Took my copy of TGM off the shelf .
Heres what I'm thinking ..How much time I've wasted trying to ...Bump lat , Hold wrists from releasing ,and tons of other forced contrived movements .

What I'm looking for is some fundamental /basic /indisputable building blocks . Well I have a few that I know to be true and most of them are found in TGM ...

The problem I have is the format and syntax is hard for me to follow . I'm very surprised this has not been reworked into a logical progression [chapt 1-,2,3 etc]

Is there any thread that covers the basics - levers ,hinges ,pressure points etc . Hopefully explaining in order/sequence

Thanks

I'd say you are in the right place and make the following recommendation.

Click on the video tab and buy a couple of downloadable videos. Absolutely
the best deal around. Maybe get Confessions of a Former Flipper, and one of the other patterns,
Never Slice Again (referred to as NSA), Never Hook Again (NHA), or Soft Draw.

Well, mfm...Brian actually has a video called Building Blocks...

I would say you are in the right place. Good job. Welcome bud.

Thanks for the link Birly and for the welcome birdy et al.

I knew I liked Brians approach and his post about TGM is right on .. Not a Holy Grail but lots of useful info [if applied correctly]

I'm always a bit cautious when dealing with golf theory. My take is there is" more than one way to skin a cat"
Results are what counts ...in golf ...repeatable results really count.

I started playing later than most guys about 9 years ago [I'm 56]

My new approach is a bit backwards [by PGA guys ] I'm starting with Impact - the moment of truth - compression is my friend and a flat left wrist is my partner ;)
