OK , I threw out my GD'S & Took my copy of TGM off the shelf .
Heres what I'm thinking ..How much time I've wasted trying to ...Bump lat , Hold wrists from releasing ,and tons of other forced contrived movements .
What I'm looking for is some fundamental /basic /indisputable building blocks . Well I have a few that I know to be true and most of them are found in TGM ...
The problem I have is the format and syntax is hard for me to follow . I'm very surprised this has not been reworked into a logical progression [chapt 1-,2,3 etc]
Is there any thread that covers the basics - levers ,hinges ,pressure points etc . Hopefully explaining in order/sequence
Thanks
