angle versus arc of approach

angle is a straight line shot put shoulder push. Maybe like a cricket hit, got to think about that for a moment. ping pong paddle hit.
arc is a whirl. A clubhead trying to escape its inline only to be pulled in a circle by the shaft.
If you were driving a car, angle would be going through an alley way to the other side. Arc would be going the long way around.

Hands drive to an aiming point in as straight of a line as possible, the clubhead is whirled by the smaller pulley (hands) in an arc.
