I came across this video while reading up on technology news, I like reading everyone's comments so would love to hear some on this. I have a hard time reading/watching golf advice since becoming a Manzella zealot in January.

BTW Brian, really like the new website design.

Ignoring the BS about the waggle, a sure fire flippers charter, and the "more power with faster body rotation" garbbage it is sound advice.

The waggle: bending and unbending of the right wrist prior to starting the swing is just programming a flip. The right wrist is set at the begining of the whole swing process and remains constant throughout impact and beyond - period.

Bodily rotation: this adds little by way of power or distance but is very damaging when practised in order to achieve those false criteria. Watch Tiger rotate at twice the speed of sound and see him spray the ball all over the course - and he is good!!!!!!!!!!!! Go figure.

Swing a club with your left arm only to learn the truth regarding body rotation - it is a reaction to the swinging (centrifugal, some say) force of the club. Nothing more, and nothing less.

The body does NOT power the club, it reacts to the forces generated by the club being swung by the arms.

this isnt what almost every tour player of all time does though, especially with a driver. Why because there is alot of power in bending and unbending that right wrist.
