Yeah, that's why I'd like to see him hit an iron.

Anyway, I just use Corel Snapfire.

On YouTube, you want to click on the box that makes the video full screen.

Then when you stop the video to the part where you want it click the 'Prt Sc' (which should be two keys to the right of F12 key) button. That effectively 'saves' the screenshot.

Then go to Corel Snapfire and click Ctrl + V (this pastes the saved screenshot).

From there you need to find a place on the web to save the picture.

"Blah blah blah. Blah, blah blah blah blah. And then blah blah blah. Then save"

Thats what I got from that. Im hopeless cuz im sure your explanation was very elementary. I'll just stay in the stone ages for a while longer. When are you coming to see NIck in Pittsburgh?

I think he's in the FLA right now, he usually goes down there come winter. Maybe next summer. We'll get a primanti bros. sandwhich, some IC beer, and talk about Bill Mazeroski and LC Greenwood.

Haha. We'll keep it more updated and talk Crosby, Malkin and Polamalu. It'll get fugly at Primanti's and we'll go play the big "O".

His shoulders seem very square at impact although he has a good amount of axis tilt, I thought the shoulders should be the same amount of degrees open as they are tilted.

cant see the lag from this angle but I'm assuming, as well as he plays, that he has a ton of it. That amount of width demands it.

I love his swing..great pivot, very athletic and he just does what he does. He has never seen his swing on video...and I hope he never does.

Anyone got a face-on? I couldn't find one.

I really like his pivot and his loading...very whip-like, per-se. Hits it long for a small guy.

Fast tempo I have zero problem with and can relate to. I always have assumed his swing is very "natural" as well. Seems like a very athletic, natural, custom, results-based and not some sort of fabricated, shoehorned thing.

(to look good on video or trace a line or fall in line with a GD over story- or w/e)

I immediately do think: holy man armswing looks really flat.

But it also seems to have a certain Hogan, Sergio, O-hair, Campbell quality to it that anyone can see. (top of swing position; tons of delay and angle in downswing) That can't be all bad. (or perhaps even bad at all in itself)

His armswing certainly isn't long...and he does load his wrists huge.

Interesting that his clubshaft starts out quite steep in the takeaway and seems to gradually flatten the rest of the way.

I like this guy so far.

Gotcha. Just curious.

BTW, i'm seeing all the accolades your course is getting. Looks awesome.

I agree. Man, does it ever look like a great place to play.

Thanks, it is a blast. A lot of golfers are blown away and can't function the first go around. There is a TON going on.

Special pricing if you see me in the Golf Shop and yell out "BALONEY" at the top of your lungs.

After I wipe up the pee from laughing so hard, I'll hook you up on the guest rate:)

Martin your course looks unreal! (and difficult)

I am bringing a megaphone if I'm ever in your area! ;)

:)

A small tidbit on him. At the end of the season when he was leading the event in Scottsdale, the announcers said something to the effect that he and his coach don't work on underlying swing mechanics but that they only work on "ballflight."

He hits the ball a long way. My impression watching several rounds at the end of the season was that he is pretty wild with the driver and had trouble hitting fairways in the clutch but sort of made up for it with the length. I liked his attitude playing. He has won a lot events at prior levels and plays like someone who is aiming to win, not just earn checks, and assumes he will win.

I agree.

And refreshing to hear he is ballflight/results-oriented.

i.e. not a line-drawer or w/e.

Hopefully they are open to working on some mechanics...
