Not bad, pretty solid balance - a couple things that I think you may want to look at. First, I can't tell from this angle, but you look like you are out of your spine angle. The motion back and through is good, but standing up out of your spine angle makes things more complicated than they need to be. You might experiment with a touch more 'left shoulder 'under' the chin'/hit with back of left shoulder feel - that will keep you in your spine angle a bit better. Imagine you were going to break a door down with your left shoulder, to the inside back corner of the ball.
Second, your grip looks off a touch - wrists are very stiff, especially at the top - not a huge issue if everything else is on track, but it is a power loss - you won't be able to load as much, or keep as much, lag pressure on the downswing. May just be a grip pressure issue, hard to tell from this clip. Right wrist bends straight back, left cocks 'up the plane' - see the EdZ drills for a good demonstration of this feel.
