Axis Tilt and movement of right shoulder

So I have been re-watching some of the Manzella videos both on youtube and the SD, NSA, and building blocks. I have seen a lot of information about axis tilt and this is what I got out of it: if you need to work from inside the ball i.e. fixing a slice you may benefit from more axis tilt or less tilt if you are fighting a hook. So I am wondering if it is possible for someone to have more axis tilt but still not work the right shoulder down the plane properly resulting in carry a more left path and a fade or even slice.

My second question is this. I have been experimenting the with right shoulder movement and it seems to me like the right shoulder should work on a different plane in the downswing depending on what club you are hitting. With a wedge the shoulder would work on a steeper plane and with the driver it would work on a shallower plane. I just wanted to know if this was in fact how the right shoulder is supposed to work or if I am completely off.
