Ball fight question

Question is, if you have a 4 barrel Swinger, would his UNcompensated ball flight be a fade with his regular ball position?

Wouldn't the hinging type determine whether a compensation is necessary or not? Why would horizontal hinging require a compensation?

Given a neutral setup and grip, yes, it would have to be the case.
