Is the CARRY MOVE produced by the body or by the arms? I guess it has to be the body. If you don't use it, and instead use your "late turn into the downswing" idea does this not increase the likelihood of fat shots?

The "Carry" is accomplished by several small details, but the simple definition is this: The lead arm is raised to the torso on the backswing, if it doesn't lower faster than the torso's downswing rotation can "CARRY" it out (ideally on a 45-ish° angle)....you have a carry.

Too much lowering and you have droop or sag.

And more problems that the label.
