Bounce back Pitch with a partial swivel Drill

The drill I'm referring to is in the Building Blocks Vide.
I tried this drill for the first time today and WOW, it's not easy. It was difficult to stop the arms and swivel. It seemed like to do this drill properly you cannot be an over accelerator. Every time I was able to stop my arms I ended up in a chicken wingish finish with a semi flat left wrist.

This drill seems like it would be good for someone who slides past the ball on the downswing and over accelerates on the way down?

Anyone else have difficulty with performing this drill?

Never mind, I found it...

BOUNCE BACK DRILL:

Go to the top very carefully....

Take the club to the MAX TRIGGER DELAY POSITION carefully...

go back to the top NORMAL SPEED...

Hit it.

joe,

did you watch the video building blocks?

It made me more aware of where my arms are in the downswing.

I have since worked on this drill and have answered my own questions.

I have used it with my students and it really challenges them to take a different look at their motion.

Where are you guys getting the Building Blocks and the Former Flipper videos?

I dont see them anywhere on the site. All I see are NSA, NHA, and Soft Draw.

Thanks.

EDIT: Nevermind, I found them. The video page used to always be blank when I went to it.
