I have joined my wife Lisa in the home of my brother-in-law in Prarieville, Louisiana, a suburb of Baton Rouge.

The area is high and dry.

The 200-foot gash in the levee at the 17th Street Canal is a block from my house.

The whole lake is dumping into the city and flooding areas that were not flooded from the rain.

My house is totally englufed.

I now have internet access, and I can now fulfill manually ALL of the orders for WEB videos and will be able to send DVD's out (back orders went out just prior to the hurricane) in about a week from out temporary housing.

I will use this thread as a blog to update what is going on.

Thanks for all the kind wishes and offers of help,

Brian :)

Glad to hear you're okay! I'll keep you and your family in my prayers along with everyone else. Stay safe and i'll talk to you soon....

Brian,

I live 10 minutes from Different Strokes. You can utilize my downstairs guestroom a couple days a week if you need to. Email me if you want to discuss further.

Brian & Lisa,

My thoughts and prayers are with you, your family and those family and friends I know who safely left Metarie / New Orleans before Katrina.

Brian,

Consider this an order to send me one of everything you have ever done.

However you need to do it...

Whenever you need to do it...

But please...

Bill me now.

Brian,

Glad to hear you guys are safe. Prayers and thoughts to those dealing with disaster in the Big Easy.

Brian:

Thank God you are well. Adrian, Arlene and I have been worried about you. We tried calling your cell - no service. Sorry to hear about your house. When you get back home, let us know how we can help out, we mean it.

In my thoughts and prayers too. Glad you and your loved ones are safe and away from the city. I fell in love with N.O. just from a couple of short visits. I can't imagine how great the feeling of loss is for its long-time residents.

I am now in Louisville, where I am setting my mom and brother up at a nice apartment for the next three months.

My phone is working well here and I will return all the messages left on my phone today.

Thanks.

Brian,

I know you are very busy right now and have a lot of important issues to tend too, but let me know when you are ready to take on lessons again.

Thanks,
