Brian: Report from the Open?

Will you be giving us a report from your days at the Open?

Yes would love to hear a close up perspective of the rough, hills, and fairway slopes. Fricken course really put a premium on every aspect of game.

I will post up a video recap of my last week or so on Thursday.

Here are the highlights....

Monday - Flew in early, went straight to Olympic, worked with David before and after playing first 8 holes.

Tuesday - Got to course early, worked with David before walking with him during 18 practice round with John Peterson and Jim Furyk.

Wednesday - Played San Fransisco Golf Club with David and Carter. Had the lead after 3 holes, finished distant second but tied match with Carter (gave him 2 a side) with both of us getting up and down on #18 with tough bunker shots from different bunkers.

Thursday - Sunday - Gave almost 150 lessons in four days at the Sports Illustrated at the Majors promo at Union Square. Also taped a few interviews and roundtables.

Monday - Drove down CA-Highway 1 to Monterey Peninsula and then to Big Sur and then back to The City with Lisa.

Tuesday- More Tourist fun.

Wednesday - Lessons in San Rafael

Thursday - Meeting near Pebble Beach

Friday and Saturday - Working with Kevin Shields and playing two great courses each day.



Plenty of details, funny stories, and pretty damn good predictions to talk about.....
