Brian--your resignation

Stick around Jerry.

This place will provide more ACCURATE SCIENCE about how the golf swing really works, then any place in history in the next few months.

Any part of the swing you'd like me to start a thread on?

Two areas I have questions about are the (1.)backswing shoulder turn and (2.)the downswing of the arms from the top of the swing.
With your knowledge Brian can you explain these two problem areas to me?

(1.) Does the left shoulder turn parallel to the ground or perpendicular to the spine or somewhere in between?

(2.) From the top of the swing what is the best path for the arms?
Straight down as in vertical or directly at the ball?

See these questions aren't earth shattering just a couple of little things I get asked about alot.

Thanks for your reply in advance.

@ jerry1967 ..... Have you read: Swing Like A Pro by Dr. Ralph Mann?

I believe his book may answer all your questions.

p.s. You will get a nice preview of the book on amazon.com

I'm not going to bash a book I can't understand, but when I try to understand it, my handicap goes up 5 strokes.

Jay, do you mean the impact zone, like last three feet before impact, or when the club is ON the ball?
