Casio and the D plane

It was recently brought to my attention that there is a specific way to use the casio HS cameras to best capture D-plane or rather to utilize it.
Does anyone know how or rather how to setup to best view and utilize the D plane information?
thanks,
Ric

How about standing 20 feet ahead and 10 feet to the right looking back at the golfer? You need to see the initial direction of the ball. ;)

To locate the D Plane, you'd need to identify 4 vectors; Attack Angle, Clubhead Path, Dynamic Loft, and
Clubface Angle. A face-on cam will show the vertical vectors (AA and Dyn. Loft). An overhead cam, directly over the ball, will show the horizontal vectors (path and face).

Even then, you'd ideally want a way to measure what you're looking at. Which makes me realize.......a software program that could make accurate angle measurements from video images would be........."useful" (in best Sam Torrance impersonation).
