Brian,

I saw one of your recent video responses and wanted to congratulate you on your new-found physique.

I remember the Orlando school quite vividly and being taught the not-so-slim-Stallion at the time (he was also recovering from surgery).

Brian, is there a specific eating regimine that you are following?
 
They'll be calling you twiggy if..... when you get to 165 :) . Great work on the current weight lost. Are you finding it hard or easy to lose the weight and hows the golf with the new body??

That's the diet (above) and it's dead easy.

I haven't run or exercised a lick, but I will when my schedule winds down some in August.

I am hoping to get a new set of clubs soon and then start hitting balls.
