Another good approach to reading about this is to search "Blog" and read through various threads Brian has started, several are about findings on Trackman or meetings where various science issues have been discussed.

yeah,,,,,,,,,I read some old threads, kinda confusing to me ( I learn many things with teeacher at side showing and doing).........anyways Dplane was not my issue.....hit balls yesterday and had good "left side strech" .......crisp impact and straight shots......
so I think I understand it now with out actually understanding it
