Just to clarify about our favorite golfer around these parts....

We can, and do MENTION David.

Just do a search....dozens of threads and references.

We don't DISCUSS what I or any another teacher TEACHES him specifically.

At least not unless it is in some article AND it is about what I did with him.

Basically, think of it as teacher-client privilege. It isn't proper to do, because it is private.

Cool?

Go get 'em in da OPENs DT!

Just as an FYI for everyone:

World Ranking positions are really an AVERAGE of the points earned per event that decrease in value over a 2-year period with 13 week increments. Minimum of 40 events. For example, Tiger's "divider" is 40 even though he's not played in 40 events in the past 2 years.

That's why 2 (or more) players can move up or down in Rankings even if none of the players in question actually plan in an event or events.

Or for those less mathematically inclined like me, if someone looses more points than he gained in the past few weeks, well he goes down.

Back in '99?

David Duval become #1 in the world after a week that he didn't even play an event...if I remember correctly.

Yep, just like you can move to the top of the Batting Average list in baseball while you sit out a game or two.
