At impact, your hips and swing center aligned vertically, not angled back to the right. Look at Brian's recent photo spread for Driver hitting up, level, down.
So you have no slot to swing through. Look at your down the line video. Clearly your path is steep and outside - in.

i intentionally open the clubface more. i tried not to have a open club face at the top, but all I do on the downswing is open them up a bunch and swinging to the right.
Have you tried to have a less opened face and swing left, waaayyy left?
It's funny that you mention this. I tried to have less opened face, sort of like SD backswing, and swing left by throwing off the drunk with my left shoulder. It felt really good.
