not the cause...

having an arched, flat, double, or anything in between is not the culprit.

IMO, the cast can be found in our coconut, the dreaded hit impulse. Instead of centripetal/fugal allowing itself to perform its magic, the snatching from transition, the right hand stepping in trying to take control over nature, is the probably the primary cause.

You wouldn't want to teach it to a slicer tho that's for sure....
